Why trading volume matters?
Trading volume is simply the total number of shares traded including both buy and sell orders. If a stock has appreciated on high volume, it is more likely to be a sustained move compared to an appreciation with low volume. Typically, high volume trading sessions are considered significant occurrences and closely watched by traders.

VCSH ascends to $75.19 after adding 0.19% yesterday
Vanguard Short-Term Corporate Bond ETF spiked to $75.25 yesterday and consolidated before initiating a fresh rally to $75.19. This comes following Tuesday's session in which it closed at $75.05.
Vanguard Short-Term Corporate Bond ETF hit a significant low of $73.35 around 28 days ago, but has since recovered 2.32%.
