Friday's market activity meant that leading equity indices in the US rose as Dow Jones closed the day at 33,274, having gained 1.26%. S&P 500 ended the session at 4,109.31 after a 1.44% gain.
US markets are set to open today in around 7 hours. In the meantime, European markets closed higher Friday whilst CAC is up by 0.81%, hitting 7,322.39. Asia-Pacific markets ended a mixed session today whilst ASX 200 is up by 0.49%, hitting 7,213.
