Market's down-tick coincides with some negative macro data published earlier as data from United States concerning Initial Jobless Claims was released Thursday. Newly published figures emphasized continued decline from last month's figure of 216,000 to 225,000 this month.
Markets are trading lower today despite some positive data published earlier as United States Crude Oil Inventories came out at 718,000, better than analyst estimates of -1.52 million and improving upon the previous reading of -5.89 million.
While price action maintains a negative bias, United States CFTC Crude Oil speculative net positions released yesterday at 20:30 UTC with a figure of 247,600, while the previous figure was 238,200.
While markets are generally down so far today, some stocks outperformed such as XRP gained 1.02% to reach $0.341. TRON (up 1.22%).
Yesterday's bearishness affected individual stocks as NEAR Protocol lost 0.98% yesterday before closing at $1.26.
