New Retail Sales data from Euro Zone matched market expectations with a reading of 0.4% — a positive step in contrast to previous data of 0% from last month. France Non-Farm Payrolls (QoQ) (Q3) came out at 0.4, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 0.4.
In the meantime, negative performances are seen in other pairs, GBP/USD closed at 1.1348 (down 1.68%). GBP/CAD closed at 1.5335 (down 1.15%).
Positive performances can be seen by looking at other currencies as EUR/GBP added 1.11% to its value, now trading at 0.8821.
Furthermore, Euro Zone ECB's Enria speech will be released tomorrow at 12:30 UTC. Euro Zone ECB Economic Bulletin scheduled to come out tomorrow at 09:00 UTC. Canada BoC Gov Macklem speech is scheduled tomorrow at 16:50 UTC.
EUR/CAD is now trading 5% away from its significant low of 1.2895 first tested 2 months ago.
